Membership Information

Membership in PFA is by fraternal organization and associated businesses. Business members are referred to as Associate Members.

To be eligible for Fraternal membership, a fraternity must be national or international in character and shall charter its institutional chapters only at appropriately accredited colleges, universities, or professional schools. The fraternity shall be identified by, or related to a field of study or common interest.  Member fraternities may also initiate members of other fraternities.

Associate membership is granted to people, partnerships, or corporations that furnish equipment, supplies, or services to member fraternities, subject to approval by the Board of Directors.  Associate members enjoy all privileges of membership, withexception of voting and holding of elective office.  An Associate Member Liaison, however, is a member of the Board of Directors.

FEE SCHEDULE:  

Fraternal Members:
  • New and Renewal Fraternal Members:  Dues and Convention Registration are now paid separately.  Annual dues for the fraternity is $300.   Because your organization is tied to the main contact's email address, the ONLY way to pay dues is to respond to the invitation to do so.  Approved new Fraternal Members will be send an email from MemberClicks with your dues invoice attached and link to pay the invoice.  If you did not respond to that email or lost it, then email [email protected] and ask to have your dues invoice resent.
  • Fraternal Members National Convention Registration:  $275 per person 
  • Potential New Fraternal Members:  Please click on the button at the bottom of the page and fill out the application. 
Associate Members:  Please note that dues and convention registration are now separate functions.
  • New and Renewal Associate Members:  Dues and Convention Registration are now paid separately.  Associate Member Annual Dues are $300.   Because your organization is tied to the main contact's email address, the ONLY way to pay dues is to respond to the invitation to do so.  If you would like to join as a new Associate Member, please send an email to [email protected] and ask for an invitation link. Please let us know whether you'll be paying for your membership with a credit card or check.
  • Associate Member Convention Registration, & Exhibit fee for one attendee:  $875
  • Additional Convention Attendee: $275 each additional person. 
    • Additional person from the same associate member company attending convention
    • This also includes a person from a hotel exhibiting with a CVB, for example
  • Additional Exhibit Table  $675

ASSOCIATE MEMBER EXHIBITING:     
  • You will have a 10' space with a 6' table and a chair.  
  • There is not pipe and drape separating the exhibitors.  
  • You may have a table top, free-standing, or just a cloth on the table.  
  • There will be internet provided.  
  • Please check the agenda for exhibiting times.  We will conduct a "speed round" of five minutes and ask everyone to move on during all sessions.  This was very popular with the last convention.
